Accepted payment modes
Bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), UPI, and QR-based UPI as displayed on this page. Cash payments, if accepted, will be acknowledged with an official receipt. Card payments may attract bank/merchant charges as applicable.
GST & tax compliance
Taxes including GST (where applicable) on tour packages, transport, and related services are charged as per prevailing Government of India rates. Tax invoices will be issued in the registered name of TravPage Holidays where registration applies.
TCS on overseas tours (LRS)
For international tour packages, Tax Collected at Source (TCS) and Liberalised Remittance Scheme (LRS) limits may apply as per RBI/IT rules. Guests must provide PAN and accurate passport details; additional TCS may be collected at the time of final payment.
Payment verification
Share UTR/transaction ID, payer name, amount, and booking reference within 24 hours of transfer. Payments to third-party or personal accounts not listed on this page will not be recognised by TravPage Holidays.
Refunds & cancellations
Refunds are processed only to the original payer's bank account/UPI ID as per cancellation policy in your booking voucher. Processing may take 7–15 working days subject to bank/RBI timelines. No cash refunds unless legally required.
Chargebacks & disputes
Fraudulent chargebacks or disputed transactions without prior written complaint to info@travpage.com may lead to cancellation of services and recovery of costs as per applicable law.
Data & privacy
Payment-related information is used solely for booking fulfilment, accounting, and regulatory compliance under applicable Indian data protection norms. We do not store full card details on our servers.
